Mission Critical Concepts makes every effort to conduct courses under all circumstances; however, if a course is canceled, we will refund the cost of the course to the department or officer. Refunds will only be made if the course is canceled. Departments or officers that cancel any course will be assessed the fee charged by our card service company – departments or officers will receive the refund less the service fee. Department or student cancellations made within 2 weeks of the course date will be assessed a 25% fee on the course cost.
Departments or officers that choose to cancel or have unexpected issues that arise can have the course fee held and will be given full credit for any future course that they choose to attend of the same or lesser amount.
No-Shows without prior notice will not be given any such credit. Departments or officers that attend the first day of a course and sign the POST roster are deemed to have attended the course. Officers that encounter issues that prevent them from attending the course will be given consideration on a case-by-case basis. MCC instructional staff have final say on these matters.
