This course is for all female officers looking to improve their firearms skills (grip/vision/trigger\, speed\, accuracy\, and movement) in a low-stress\, confidence-boosting learning environment. \nAttendees will dedicate one day to pistol training and one day to rifle training. This course will increase the attendees’ confidence (through self-assessment) in running a patrol rifle and in their issued handgun\, with speed and accuracy\, and will develop the skills needed to move and shoot in dynamic situations. \nLead instructor is Orie Oksendahl\, a seasoned Firearms and Tactics instructor for a state agency in Minnesota. She has experience on multiple tactical teams and in high-risk operations.
